CITY MEET 2024 is Saturday, July 6th through Monday, July 8th.
We look forward to an exciting season with all of you!
Please be sure to check out the Swim Team Calendar link for dates and times of team events and activities. This calendar will be updated throughout the season so be sure to check it often!
$160 per swimmer during open registration (3/1/2024-4/01/2024) Registration fee includes team shirt, CSA fees, practices, meets, and fun! (If registering late there will be a $25 late charge and team suits and personalized caps will not be available for order)
The team suit will be by order only and will have our signature lightning bolt - Once ordered, suits cannot be returned so please try them on before ordering.
Lightning Caps will be available with or without the swimmer's last name - Plain Silicone Caps are $18 and Personalized caps are $20 (minimum order of two per name)

Morning Practice at Lakeside - Beginning 6/10/24
M,Tu,Th,F 8:30am - 9:45am THUNDER PRACTICE @ Lakeside
(THUNDER is a challenging practice for more advanced swimmers ages 9 & Up)
M,Tu,Th,F 9:45am - 10:15am LIGHTNING PRACTICE @ Lakeside
(LIGHTNING is a skills based practice: Mon- Breast Stroke, Tues - Starts & Turns, Thurs - Butterfly, Fri - Starts & Turns)
Wednesdays after Meets - All Team practice at Lakeside 9:45am-10:30am (doughnut time!)
Afternoon Practice at Turnstone - Beginning 5/20/24
Monday- Friday (except meet days and Holidays):
LIGHTNING BUGS practice M/W/F 4:00pm -4:30pm
8 & Under 4:30pm - 5:30pm @ Turnstone / 9 & Up 5:30pm - 6:30pm @ Turnstone
